CENTRESTAGE, the annual signature fashion event, will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 4th to 7th. International fashion golf fashion brand ASHWORTH will collaborate with renowned young Hong Kong designer Mountain Yam to present the ASHWORTH X Mountain Yam collection. Mr. William Fu, CEO of Ashworth, and Mr. Mountain Yam shared their insights on the market development of athleisure and the design concept of this collaboration at the press conference held by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council on August 20th. Actress Samantha Ko Hoi Ling was also invited to wear and showcase the ASHWORTH X Mountain Yam collection.

The ASHWORTH house fashion show will be held at The Stage, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, from 5:30-6:00pm on September 4th (Wednesday).

Injecting Fashion Elements into Athleisure and Promoting the Development of Golf Fashion

Mr. William Fu, CEO of Ashworth, shared at the press conference: "ASHWORTH was founded in California, USA in 1987. Our brand focused on the functionality and design of professional golf apparel from the beginning. Nowadays, ASHWORTH has become an international golf brand. As golf is gradually becoming popular, the public's pursuit of sportswear is no longer limited to functionality. On the other hand, numbers of female golfers has been growing, thus sports fashion is also following the trend and intergrating to everyday life."

"Hong Kong's golf has been outstanding in recent years. 2023, the Hong Kong team won a bronze medal in the men's team event and a gold medal in the men's individual event at the Hangzhou Asian Games, successfully setting off a wave of golf fever. ASHWORTH x Mountain Yam Fashion Show: Taking the Audience Through Time and Space

The ASHWORTH X Mountain Yam collection is inspired by the concept of evolution, showcasing the extraordinary design of golf apparel from traditional golf shirts to today's innovative and trend-leading designs.

Designer Mountain Yam said at the press conference: "Ashworth is a very international golf apparel brand with rich history and experience. This collection is based on the concept of time vortex, looking back to the past and looking to the future, reshaping ASHWORTH styles. It's like entering a time vortex, integrating modern cultural elements into the new design."
